Welcome to Smart Tools Construction Academy ("STCA"). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any coaching session, consultation, or related service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Educational Disclaimer.
The Construction Coaching Program is designed to provide educational guidance, practical instruction, and coaching related to residential remodeling, construction planning, estimating, budgeting, project sequencing, contractor communication, and project management concepts.
The purpose of coaching is to help you make more informed decisions through education — not to manage or direct your construction project.

Participation in this coaching program does not create a contractor-client, consultant-client, project management, architect-client, engineer-client, fiduciary, or professional services relationship.
All coaching is provided solely for educational purposes.
You remain solely responsible for all decisions regarding your remodeling or construction project, including:
Construction laws, codes, and permit requirements vary by location. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Coaching sessions are educational conversations intended to improve your understanding of construction planning, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contractor communication, and project organization.
Recommendations provided during coaching sessions are based on the information you choose to share and are intended to help you evaluate options and understand construction concepts.
You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any ideas discussed during coaching.
If your coaching package includes reviews of estimates, proposals, scopes of work, contracts, schedules, budgets, or similar documents, those reviews are educational in nature.
STCA does not:
Document reviews are intended only to help you better understand the materials you have received.
Every construction project is unique.
STCA makes no guarantees regarding:
Results depend on many factors outside STCA's control, including project scope, local regulations, contractor performance, material availability, market conditions, and your implementation of the coaching guidance.
Scheduled coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered completed sessions and may not be eligible for rescheduling, except in cases of emergency at STCA's discretion.
We are committed to providing valuable educational coaching and want you to feel confident in your investment.
If you decide the coaching program is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, provided that:
Once a coaching session has been provided, completed, or attended, refunds are generally not available for coaching services already rendered.

To help resolve any dispute, STCA may provide documentation including purchase records, signed acknowledgments, scheduling records, attendance history, login activity, course progress, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Tools Construction Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Construction Coaching Program or reliance on any educational information provided.
All decisions regarding your construction project remain solely your responsibility.
STCA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Educational Disclaimer at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
