You Finished the Course. Now

Let's Pressure-Test Your

Paperwork.

You've learned how to read a bid, spot a thin scope, and catch a risky payment schedule. BuildCheck™ puts that framework to work on your actual documents — a careful, written review that shows you what looks solid, what looks off, and the exact questions to take back to your contractor.

No guesswork. No pressure. Just clear, writtenfeedback before you sign, approve, or pay.

The Most Expensive Mistakes Hide in the Documents

A remodel rarely goes wrong because someone didn't try hard enough. It goes wrong because something in the paperwork was unclear, incomplete, or quietly stacked against the homeowner — and nobody caught it in time.

Before you put your name on it, it pays to have an experienced set of eyes read what's actually written:

  • Does this bid include everything the job really needs — or are there gaps that become change orders later?
  • Is the scope specific, or vague enough to mean anything?
  • Is this payment schedule front-loaded in a way that puts you at risk?
  • Does this change order actually say what you think it says?
  • What questions should you be asking before you approve it?
